I am working out every day and my go to breakfast is usually a smoothie. Frozen or fresh fruits, coconut water, spinach and yogurt, sometimes with protein powder, sometimes collagen peptides powder.
I lift 3 days a week then the other days I use as an active rest and go play ball, throw girls (Cheerleading), or run with the dogs.
My meals are different variations of meat, veggies, and rice. And my instant pot is my best friend in the kitchen a lot of nights :)
