A friend shared this with me the other day so we tried it out and I kid you not, this is one of my new favorite healthy breakfast ideas. . .well and snacks as of lately because I can't get enough of them. As you may or may not know sweet potatoes are really healthy for you they :
-Are Highly Nutritious
-Promote Gut Health
-Support Your Immune System and more!
This recipe is extremely easy. I hope you like it as much as we did. All healthy ingredients, not to mention it's quick and easy.
Cook the sweet potatoes (Instant pot made this very easy cook on high for 15 min then let release for 10 min)
Cut them in half and add ingredients! I used cinnamon, raw honey, peanut butter (Then mixed it all together)
Topped with banana slices and pecans!
